1 broccoli stalk, grated

1 zucchini, grated

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp taco seasoning

1 cup flour (gluten free, chickpea, your choice)

1/2 cup water

Salt and pepper to taste

Avocado oil



  1. Grate the broccoli stalk and zucchini using a food processor.  Place in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into fritters and and fry in a pan with avocado oil until golden on both sides.
