1 broccoli stalk, grated
1 zucchini, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 cup flour (gluten free, chickpea, your choice)
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
- Grate the broccoli stalk and zucchini using a food processor. Place in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into fritters and and fry in a pan with avocado oil until golden on both sides.
