2 scoops protein powder
¼ cup almond butter (can use cashew, peanut etc.)
2 T pure maple syrup
3 soft Medjool dates, pitted
1 T coconut oil
½ t vanilla
¼ t salt
¼ t cinnamon
⅓ cup chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor combine the almond butter, maple syrup, dates, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add the protein powder and blend till smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and pulse just until evenly incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 balls and chill until firm, at least 30 minutes. If the dough is too sticky to work with, chill it for several minutes before rolling.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
